Contract Strengthens Harsco’s Leading Presence in North Africa and Middle East Markets
CAMP HILL, PA (August 9, 2017) . . . Harsco Corporation (NYSE: HSC) announced today that its Harsco Metals & Minerals division has successfully renewed its Scrap Management contract with Al Ezz Dekheila Steel Company (EZDK), the manufacturer of long and flat steel products in the Middle East and North Africa. The five-year contract renewal extends Harsco’s scrap management services at the massive EZDK Alexandria plant, one of the largest integrated steel plants in the Middle East and North Africa region.
Harsco has been providing onsite steel mill services in Egypt since 1994, successfully strengthening its market share year on year.
